Hey folks, it’s Barry Lewis here - hope you are well?

This is the first newsletter i’ve EVER sent out but you are receiving this because at some point in the past you’ve indicated you may want to hear from me, so first things first - if you don’t there’s a big old button at the bottom to be removed from the mailing list.

It’s my plan to send out a newsletter fairly regularly, maybe i’m in the minority but I still sign-up to a few newsletters myself and quite enjoy ones that are, well, quite simplistic, so there won’t be too much flashy bits here… apart from maybe the odd gif if I can work out how to do them…

So i’m hoping to give you some latest news, links, videos i’m working on, random bits i’ve found on the internet that I want to share, some guest posts and maybe the odd Q&A - but nothing too spammy, think of it as a newspaper that’ll pop up from time to time.

Actually to answer one question I was asked the other day on our Patreon Discord - “Was the Clear Big Mac the hardest thing i’ve ever made?”

Well, if you asked me last week, it probably was!!! However, after a long hard think, the trickiest was the Holographic Chocolate! This should have been ok, it was one ingredient…however it was horrendous and just one that would not work for me for a LONG time … but fun, which I think is why I still do this journey!

So yep, back to the newsletter, I quite like writing bits and bobs, my English is terrible so please excuse any spelling mistakes but hopefully i’ll share some interesting bits here with what’s been happening!

So for now i’m just gonna say hello, give you a chance to say goodbye and actually i’ll show one video I found fascinating the other day which is not food related and I think pugs would be about 2mph … hope this works!
